Bill Dickey's Father Dies in Kennsett
John Hardy Dickey, 85E, a retired trainman and father of professional baseball great Bill Dickey of Little Rock, died early today in his home at Kensett. Dickey was a Baptist. Other survivors include the widow, Mrs. John Dickey: two other sons, Gus Dickey of North Little Rock and George Dickey of Little Rock: two daughters. Mrs. Hal Frazier of Kensett and Mrs. I. C. Lewis of Tulsa, Okla.: a brother. George Dickey of Heber Springs, and a sister, Mrs. J. S. Shelton of Conway.
