Homer was the son of Osa Otis and Nina Sollars Wallace, born in Keokuk , Ia. and died at the Northeast Regional Hospital in Kirksville, Mo.Homer was first married to Thelma Louise Fisher and two sons were born Gary Homer and Gary Lee. The second marriage to Mina Lou Satterly and two children were born :Ritchie Kent and Tara Leilani. His third marriage was to Isabel Price Allen on July 21, 1982 . No children from this marriage. Homer was a resident of Hancock County, Il for 78 yrs. He was a graduate of the Elvaston, Il. High Scool class of 1935.Homer was self-employed at Wallace Pump Sales and Service. Homer was preceded in death by his parents, his father in 1947, his mother in 1970, a brother Kenneth Lee in 1956 and his infant son David Lee in 1945. Survivors include his wife Isabel (Sue) of Memphis, Mo. Three children Gary of Morton, Il, Ritchie of Hamilton Il., Tara of Gaithersburg, Md.Previous wives, cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in-law, Robert and Nell Satterly, Geraldine Satterly, Don and Dolores Price, and Charles Price. His body has been donated to Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. No funeral or memorial service will be held per his request. His ashes were buried Oct. 2002,In the Elvaston, Il.Cemetery in Hancock County.
