TWO DEATHS IN JEWELL FAMILY WITHIN A MONTH
The young daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Jewell passed away at the family home Tuesday night, following a lingering illness. The little girl had been in poor health from infancy, and when she became ill several weeks ago her frail strength was not enough to combat the disease.
This is the second death in the Jewell family within a month, a 14 year old daughter passing away in August. The sympathy of everyone is extended to the bereaved family.

OBITUARY
Hjlda Yreka Jewell was born Sept. 5, 1916, in Hand county, S.D., and died Sept. 17, 1924, after a lingering illness.
She leaves her father, William Webster Jewell, and mother Delia May Jewell, two sisters, one brother and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her loss.
Little Hjlda was a bright, loveable child, even after sickness had hampered her life. She always loved to see her friends and always welcoomed music and flowers. Althoug her suffering was great, she bore up well and has now gone to sleep in Jesus' blessed sleep, where her suffering is no more.
