Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock in the M. L. Gibbons Funeral Chapel for F. P. Drew, 75 years old, pioneer Arizona resident and Mesa business man, who died Monday morning as a result of injuries sustained when his automobile was struck by a passenger train. His lumber yard, still bearing the name of F. P, Drew and Sons, ranks as the second oldest business concern in Mesa. It was established in 1897. Two sisters of the deceased were expected to arrive here last night from their home in San Francisco. Two sons, N. B. Drew of Klamath Falls and Will Drew of San Francisco are also expected here for the service. Mr. Drew was a charter member of the Mesa and Tempe Masonic Lodges. Members of the order will attend the funeral this afternoon in a group. The body will be shipped to the former family home in Sacramento for burial.
