Mary M. Springer was born February 21, 1908 in Emma, Texas to Sarah (Wilder) and George Washington Goin. She passed away June 7, 2003 in Elk City Nursing Home, Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 95 years 3 months and 16 days.
Mary attended school at Cedar Spring near Roll, OK. She was married to Scott Springer at Roger Mills Co, OK on February 26, 1930 and they made their home near Roll where they raised 8 children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 daughters, Sylvia Cagle, and Carolyn Sims, 1 great grandson, Ryan, and 1 great great grandson, J. J. Cogburn.
Survivors include: 3 daughters, Dora Hammond and husband, Loyd of Reydon, OK., Ressie Sadler and husband, Wayne of Reydon, OK., Mae Sue Bright of Crawford, OK; 3 sons, George W. Springer and wife, Alexia of Crawford, OK., Loyd Springer and wife, Shirley of Waco, TX., Scott J.
