Shirley F. Myers, 78, passed away Friday, January 11, 2013. Born October 25, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Grover Cleveland and Daisy Mae (Barnes) Fortenberry.
Shirley is survived by one son: Larry (Paula) Myers of Shivers, MS, and one daughter: Debra (Bobby) Miller of Pinola; two brothers, G.C. (Pat) Fortenberry, of Shreveport, LA, Milton (Myrna) Fortenberry of Jackson, MS; sister, Bobbie (Thomas) Beckham of Mobile, AL; five grandchildren, Tommy Myers, Bobby (Alicia) Miller, Jennifer (William) Carlisle, Damion Myers & David Myers both of Collins, MS and two great-grandchildren, Blake Miller and Makenzie Carlisle. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents and one son, Robert Myers.
Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 13, 2013 from 5:00 pm- 8:00pm at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee. Services will be held Monday, January 14, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Tutor Funeral Home Chapel.
