OBITUARY
Judson H. Bridges of Twain Harte, Calif., died at 1:25 a.m. Thursday at McCuistion Regional Medical Center, in Paris, Texas.
Mr. Bridges was born Oct. 4,1911, in Lamar County, son of T. B. Bridges and Effie G. (Mathews) Bridges. He married Geneva Brown on Nov. 27, 1940, in Paris. He was a retired employee of Sherwin-Williams Paint Co.
Mr. Bridges was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife of Twain Harte, Calif.; his mother, Mrs. Effie Bridges of Paris; one son, Jerry Bridges of Diamond Spring, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Commex of Placerville, Calif., and Mrs. Pamela Berry of Placerville, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Hill and Mrs. Mildred Tharp, both of Paris; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Steele and Thomas Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in California.
