Ruth mother is Lucinda / Cinderalla "Marian" Dudley from Searcy Co. Arkansas. As a young child Ruth was taken to California by her mother. Her father Dickson Dudley Spears traveled with his sister and one brother to bring her back to Arkansas. She then lived for a short period of time with her Grandparents and Father til her Aunt in Iola Kansas took her in and raised her as her own.She was raised in Iola, Allen Co., Kansas by Dr. Seth and Sarah(Spears) Tozer.
