A native of Hickman County she was the daughter of the late James Vernon and Bertha Sullivan Waters, she is survived by her husband McKinley Choate, Children Vickey Shepard, Billy Choate, Tony Choate, Barry Choate, and Tracy Luttrell, 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great-grandchildren, and 2 Great Great-grandchildren.
