Stanley Vernon Adee, 21, of Haddam, Kansas died April 25, 1959 in an automobile accident at the Washington-Republic county line. He was born March 27, 1938 at Arnold, Nebraska to Vernon H and Beulah A "Mae" (Layher) Adee.

His early childhood was spent in Stapleton and Maxwell, NE. He moved to Haddam, KS , with his parents, in 1949. He graduated from Haddam Rural High School in 1956 and attended North Park College in Chicago, Illinois.

Stanley accepted the Lord as his personal savior at the age of eight-years-old and served his Lord faithfully. He was an active member of the Brantford Evangelical Covenant Church and was confirmed with the class of 1954.

He worked with his father and brothers in their beekeeping business.

Survivors include his parents; sisters, Donna (Robert) Brown, St. Paul, Minnesota; Verna Mae Adee, Haddam, KS; brothers, Richard Adee, Haddam, KS; Robert (Peggy) Adee, Haddam, KS; four neices; two nephews; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Layher, Haddam, KS.
