He was born Aug. 25, 1961, in Cheyenne to Felix and Leonila (Garcia) Alcon. He attended schools in Cheyenne and later lived for a short time in Aurora, Colo., before returning to Cheyenne.
Mr. Alcon was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral and enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys play football.
He is survived by his father, Felix of Cheyenne; four daughters, Amanda Hunsdon and Lisa Door of Ticonderoga, N.Y., Lovina Alcon of Cheyenne and Gena Alcon of Aurora; three sisters, Elizabeth Cordova and Christine Alcon of Cheyenne and Barbara Majalca of Aurora; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother; and a sister, Peggy Alcon.
