Married to Magdalene Engle about 1810, the family moved to Wayne Co, Ohio (appearing on the tax assessment 1824 and 1826) then to St Joseph County, Michigan in 1829. Magdalene died 15 Sept 1840. Abraham sold his property in Mottville Twp., St Joseph Co. 29 Aug 1849 and he was recorded in Dubuque County Iowa in 1850, staying with his daughter Maria. His son Samuel lived in Schullsburg and it's likely Abraham was staying with him when he died.
