Franes passed away in the Cleveland Clinic. She was the dauhter of Mabel and Archie Campbell, and she went to school in Cleveland. She was fond of raising Siberian Huskies.
Frances was preceded in death by her first husband, William Ware, a siter, Nancy Campion, and two brothers, William and David Offutt.
She is survived by her second husband, a daughter, two sisters-in-law, five granddaughters, 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, January 19, 2002 in the Arnold Funeral Home in Hartville with Pastor Dennis Condon officiating.
Friends were able to call two hurs prior to the service on Saturday in the funeral hoe (10 a.m. to noon).
