She died Monday, December 5, 2011 at her home.
She was born on March 27, 1926 at Enon, Arkansas the daughter of Ollie M. and Orpha Anna Gooch Bowman. She was a longtime resident of the area and had been a retail sales clerk for Branson Mercantile for over 40 years. She was of the protestant faith.
Survivors are her son: Larry Snowden of Hollister, Mo. one brother, Wilburn Bowman of Ridgedale, Mo., one granddaughter and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Blaine Snowden and one brother Roy Bowman.
