William Ellett
William Ellett died Friday morning of last week of a complication of diseases, after a long illness. He was born in the town of Davenport, where his early life was spent. He went to Westville from Schenevus a few years ago. he was a good citizen and highly respected by all who knew him. His wife, who survives him, was Eleanor Whitney, of Davenport. He leaves a son, william j. ellett, and a daughter, Mrs. Howard Garlock, both of tthis place. His brothers were Peleg, of Cooperstown; Jeremiah, of Oneonta; George, Luis, and Lemuel and Sisters, Mrs. Lucy Roe, Mrs. Lydia Roe and Mrs. Ella Bloomer. The funeral was held, Monday at Schenevus, at 10 o'clock, where he was buried.
