Billy R. Barnbrook, 60, Oblong, Illinois passed away Thursday January 10, 2013 at his residence.
Born in Oblong Illinois on September 10, 1952, he was the son of William Isaac Barnbrook and Ernie Mae (Perrine) Barnbrook. Bill served in the U.S. Army. He was a geneeral construction laborer with Local #1280, Robinson, Illinois. Bill loved to ride his motorcycle, hunting, fishing, gardening, working on cars, being outside and spending time with his many friends and grandchildren.
On August 12, 1974 Bill married Kathy L. Waldropo, who survives. Also survivine is a son and daughter-in-law, Rickey and Erica Barnbrook, Robinson, Illinoi; two grandchildren, Diamond Barnbrook, Palestine, Illinois and Kade Barnbrook, Robinson, Illinois; a brother, and sister-in-law, Ralph & Marianna Shick, Texas; several nieces and nephews; and a brother-in-law, Alfred & Linda Waldrop.
Preceeding Bill in death were his parents; two brothers, Richard & Gene Shick and a brother-in-law, Rickey Allen Waldrop.
The funeral will be at the Pulliam Funeral Home, Oblong with Bro. Dee Wolfe officiating Burial will follow in the Oblong Cemetery.
