At the age of 24, Agnes Louise married Rev. Moffatt Ross Plaxco on June 12th 1917. They would have three children:
Moffatt Ross, Jr. (1919-2010)
Mary Elizabeth (1922-2008)
John Devlin (1923-)
Agnes and Rev. Plaxco lived in Louisville, Georgia, Abbeville, S.C. and Louisville, Kentucky; while he was pastor at various A.R.P. congregations. Then Rev. Plaxco joined the facility at Erskine Theological Seminary in Due West. Agnes continued to live in Due West after Rev. Plaxco died until her late 90's; then moving to Birmingham, Alabama to be close to her son, John Devlin Plaxco and his family.
Agnes Louise Devlin Plaxco departed this life on the 30th day of December 1998 at the age of 106 years, 5 months and 28 days old. She was laid to rest next to her husband and near her parents Due West A.R.P. Churchyard cemetery.
