Rudy Lee Rusk passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, Wisconsin with all his family at his side.

Rudy was born on August 15, 1966 to John and Eunice Rusk in Hayward, Wisconsin. He graduated from Hayward High School in 1985 where he participated in Football and Track. He went on to receive his Associate's Degree in Masonry from the LCO Community College. Rudy had worked several years with Bill Smialek's Engine Testing Company before working at the LCO Casino, LCO Fairway Store, and many years as the groundskeeper for the Whitefish Presbyterian Church. Rudy was notoriously known for his love for the Green Bay Packers. One of his favorite past times was spending time with his great-nephew Derreck in addition to watching sports and building model cars.

Rudy is survived by brothers John, Ronnie, Robin, and Richard, sisters Renee, Carol, and Lori Warwick all of Stone Lake, Wisconsin, Aunt Julia Elm of West Allis, Wisconsin, cousin Richard McClaine of Las Vegas, "Special Friend" Mary Wolf, cousins, nephews, nieces and great nephews and great nieces.

Rudy is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Russell, Ken, Jerry, sisters Alveretta and Wendy Lou, niece Nicole, nephew Derreck and great niece Johnna and most recently, the family lab, "Blacky".

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward, WI with Marvin Wilber officiating. Burial will be in Whitefish Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 23 from 5:00 10:00 p.m. and again from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Prayer services will be held on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. with Gordon Thayer presiding.

Honorary casket bearers will be Rudy's nieces and nephews

Casket bearers will be Jonathan Cadotte, Cody Carley, Andy Quaderer, Chris Rusk, Rick Traver, and Russ Warwick.
