HILDEBRAND - Lemon E., 74, 401 Cypress Avenue, died Jan. 5, 1967, at Lee Hospital. Born April 15, 1892, in Conemaugh Township, son of James and Jane (Hildebrand) Hildebrand. Preceded in death by parents; first wife, former Sadie Tilley; 2 brothers and sister. Survived by widow, former Lottie Heilman, and 2 sons, George, married to former Bess Page, 1606 Luzerne Street Extension, and Kenneth, married to former Meriam Williams, 711 Barclay Street; also grandchild and 2 great-grandchildren. Brother of Arthur, Bon Air; Mrs. Elsie Kepple, 213 Market Street, and Miss Rose Hildebrand, 401 Cypress Avenue. Active in First Brethren Church; member of Deacon's Board of church and Missionary Committee, and teacher of Helping Hand Sunday school class. Member of Retired Men's Club, and active in former Grandview Chapel. Retired machinist with Bethlehem Mines Corp. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 3 and 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday at The Picking Mortuary where service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, the Rev. Alva W. Stiffler and the Rev. Dr. John D. Ellis. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
