Mrs. Robert Breeding, a former resident of Waverly, died at her home in New Berlin Thursday morning, August 25, at the age of 60 years. She had been ill for some time.
Deceased was formerly Margaret Edwards, and was married to Robert Breeding October 13, 1887. She was a long time resident of this city, the family moving to New Berlin some years ago.
She is survived by her husband: five daughters, Mrs. Maude Wright, Mrs. Viola Phillips and Miss Marguerite King, all of Beardstown; Mrs. Louis Lewis and Mrs. Marcialea Beers of New Berlin; also two sons, William B. Breeding, of Beardstown and Roy N. Breeding, of Ashland.
Funeral services were held at the residence in New Berlin Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, in charge of Rev. J. E. Curry of Waverly, and the remains were brought to Waverly for interment in East cemetery.
