Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 23, at E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Buna with burial at Trout Creek Cemetery near Kirbyville.
A native of Newton, she lived in Buna most of her life.
Survivors include sons, Hollis Ray Perego of Cumming, GA, and Larry Perego of Mauriceville; daughters, Shriley Jean Sheppard of Buna and Charlotte Perego of Sulpher, LA., sisters, Lorene Pady of Humble and Zelma Green of Oregon; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
