Dolly was a daughter of Charles and Rosa Main Coulter. She was married twice-first to William Kidwell, then to Roy Swisher, who survived her. She was also survived by her son William Kidwell and sisters Anna Mae Kelbaugh & Mabel Smith.
Dolly had lived in Silver Spring, Maryland and was a member of the Church of the Brethren there.
