Mark was the son of Charles and Rosa Main Coulter, and husband of the former Allene Racey. He was survived by his parents, wife, son Charles, 3 grandchildren, and siblings Mason and Melvin Coulter, Mildred Swisher, Anna Mae Kelbaugh and Mabel Smith. A sister, Mary, died in 1907.
Mark had worked as an electrician and for the phone company in Charles Town, WV. At the time of his death he was a plant manager for the Soya Corporation in Baltimore. He was hit by a car and killed near his home.
