Edward Wayne Caldwell, known to his friends and family as Wayne, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, with his loyal dog, Rosco, by his side. Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Wayne was born March 30, 1935, in Belton. He was a longtime resident of Fort Worth and was an autobody technician until his retirement, then was an active member of Code Blue. Survivors: His wife of 54 years, Azell Caldwell; children, Melodee McCullough of Waxahachie, Michael Caldwell of Grand Prairie, Monica Tatum of Arlington, Marty Caldwell of Burleson and Wanda Grusendorf of Moody; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
