Mrs. Brown died Dec. 25, 2012 at her residence. She was a native of Ashburn, Ga. and was the daughter of the late Little Webster Lamb and the late Ida Florence Ambrose Lamb. She is preceded in death by her husband: George Lee Brown; her siblings: Lenton Lamb, Felder Lamb and Esther Mae Gilbert; and her grandson: James Wilkerson. A member of the Oklahoma Baptist Church, she was also a fan of the Atlanta Braves and especially of Chipper Jones.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Joyce and Oscar Sanders of Cordele and Linda and Jimmy Wilkerson of Rebecca; and all of her grands: Gina Barnes and her husband Michael, Justin Sanders, Kayla Barnes, Evan Wilkerson and Hayden Sanders.
