Age 19 in 1860 CCC.
Enlisted 5/29/61 at Wytheville.
Sick when the regt. moved from Wytheville, 7/12/61. Captured at Piedmont, 6/5/64.
POW Camp Morton.
He died in prison from pneumonia 3/5/65.

Son of Jacob and Esther Tobler of Stone Mountain, Carroll Co., VA. In 1860 Aaron was a farm laborer.
