Farmington – Milford "Hop" L. Lee, 90, a former longtime resident of Livermore, died Saturday, December 29th at Sandy River Center in Farmington, where he had resided the past two years. He was born January 4, 1922 in Livermore, the son of Clyde and Elsie (Gordon) Lee. He attended in Livermore. Milford worked farming, in the woods and served as road commissioner for the Town of Livermore for 15 years, retiring in 1984. He enjoyed gardening and fishing. He is survived by longtime companion Ruth Poland, sons, Arthur Lee and his companion Kim Doiron of Jay; Gary Lee and his wife Michelle of Livermore; six brothers, Clifton and Laurel Lee of Buckfield; Erlon Lee and his companion Phyllis Smith of Livermore; Clayton and Patricia Lee of Buckfield; George and Marilyn Lee of Canton; Roger Lee of Livermore; and Sherman and Hilda Lee of Gardiner; two sisters, Ellen Chamberlain of Canton and Carolyn and Harold Adams of Auburn; two grandsons, Joshua Lee and Jason Lee, and his granddaughter, Amanda Lee; 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his son Wayne Lee in 1979.
