Anthony Renaldo, Jr., 81, of Pen Argyl, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2011, at Easton Hospital. Born: in Roseto, July 22, 1929, he was a son of the late Antonio and Lucia Marino Renaldo. Personal: Anthony and his wife, the former Anne Elizabeth Winkelbauer, celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary February 16th. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Anthony was the prior owner of Renaldo's Plumbing and Heating, Bangor. Memberships: He was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish, Pen Argyl and a member of the Father DeNisco Council of the Knights of Columbus, Bangor where he was awarded the "Knight of the Year" in 2002. He was also active with the Pen Argyl Green and White Youth Association as President and coached for many years in football and baseball. Survivors: In addition to his wife Anne, he is survived by three children, Anthony III and his wife Roberta of Pen Argyl, Debra A. Hicks and her husband George of Pen Argyl, and David A. and his wife Jennifer of Washington Township; brother Philip and his wife Connie of Roseto; four grandchildren, Anthony J. and his wife Paula, Stephen D. and his fiancé Angie, Kristopher G. Hicks and his fiancé Kerianne and Timothy G. Hicks. Two sisters, Rose Armelin and Concetta and three brothers, Peter, Nicholas and Michael all died earlier. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, 300 W. Babbitt Ave., Pen Argyl. There will be viewing hours only Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Guerro & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 126 E. Pennsylvania Ave., Pen Argyl. Interment will be in St. Elizabeth's Cemetery, Pen Argyl. Memorials: The family requests memorial donations to be offered in Anthony's name to St. Elizabeth's Building Fund, 300 W. Babbitt Ave., Pen Argyl, PA 18072.
