Margaret Rosalee Lewis of Jordan, MT passed away peacefully December 22, 2012 at the Garfield County Health Center. She chose to be called "Rose" because she did not like to be called "Maggie".

Rose was born October 18, 1926 in Jordan, MT to Amos Earl Spracklin and Iva Mary Heiss.

Rose was the mother of three children and worked as a certified nurse's aide. She moved to the Garfield County Health Center in August of 2010 due to health problems. She loved to hear from her family, do word searches, play bingo, listen to music, and go shopping. She had a beautiful voice and loved to sing the song that she wrote about her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Rose is survived by one daughter, Mary L. Seevey of Burns, OR. She is also survived by five sisters, namely; Alice Bickel, Betty Cole, Bertha Roufley, Dorothy Euell-Spracklin, and Helen Fowler, as well as many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son, Daniel Lawrence Ward Jr., her daughter, Doris Margaret Ward, her parents, and an infant sister, Mary Anna Spracklin.

Memorial services for Rose will be held at a later date in Burns, OR.
