Encircling decoration is the motto: AB HOC MOMENTO PENDET ETERNITAS) IN MEMORY OF/ ELIZABETH DUNLAP/ ALIAS KID WIFE OF/ ROBERT DUNLAP/ WHO DIED OCTR. 24TH. 1787./ AGED 77 YEARS/ [on back of stone:) Our age to feventy Years is fet;/ How fhort the time. how frail the ftate,/ And if to eighty we arrive,/ We rather figh, and groan, than live./ Teach us, O Lord, how frail is man,/ And kindly lengthen out our fpan,/ Till well matur'd by piety,/ We're fit to die and dwell with thee./
