Mrs. Norma Anne Townsend, 71, of North, died Saturday, August 8, 2009.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 15, at Bull Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Chuck Wells officiating.
Mrs. Townsend was born in Jacksonville, Fla., a daughter of the late Lacey and Lila Gertrude Rasholph Tanner. She was a member of Bull Swamp Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Judy Wethington, of Bonaire, Ga.; two sons, David Parnell of North and Jon Parnell of Gloucester Point, Va.; a sister, Helen Hill of Middleburg, Fla., and four grandchildren.
The family will receive friends after the service.
