Ressie Thomas Ainsworth Pease, 90, of Corsicana passed away Saturday, May 3, 2003 in Corsicana.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at Corley Funeral Home.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Corley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Curtis Gilbert officiating. Interment will follow at Prairie Point Cemetery in Kerens.

Pallbearers will be Mitch Hansen, Chase Borsellino, Ray Jacobs, Lance Hughes, Jordan Young and Bruce Venable.

Mrs. Pease was born March 19, 1913 in Drane. She was a homemaker and a member of the Missionary Baptist Church in Corsicana and Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by husband Dick Ainsworth; husband Roosevelt R. Pease; sons Charles Ainsworth, Carlton Ainsworth, Homer Gene Ainsworth and Kenneth Ainsworth; sisters Lorene Blissett, Lucille Woodward and Bobbie Duncan; and brothers Jack Thomas, Gilbert Thomas, Wade Thomas and J. R. Thomas Jr.

Survivors include daughter Mary Bernice of Rock Springs, Ark,; daughter-in-law Diane Ainsworth of Corsicana; grandchildren Jeannie and Mitch Hansen of Corsicana, Michael and Doreen Ainsworth of Corsicana, Lindsey and Lori Follis of Corsicana and Mary Jane and Danny Brown of Greenville; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Billie Bogle of Corsicana, Verna Mae Keathley of Corsicana and Lena Mae Ainsworth of Corsicana; and nephews Ronald Gene Thomas of Georgetown and Carlos Thomas of Dallas.
