DIED - WINEBRENNER -- At the residence of her son, Joseph Winebrenner, in this city, Thursday, October 18th, 1888, Mrs. Mary Winebrenner, of consumption, aged seventy-two years.

The deceased was one of the early settlers of this county and has lived in this city most of the time for the past twenty years. Her husband gave his life for his country during the war. Four sons and three daughters will mourn the loss of a good mother.


Mary & Davids children were: Joseph, Ann, Mary, Henry, John, Charles, Hester.

Husband David Winebrenner served during the Civil War, in the 10th Reg. WI Volunteers, Co., I. He died in a military hospital of "Black Jaundice". Buried in Bowling Green, and later moved by the US Govt. to Nashville National Cemetery.
