Vada L Headley 94, of Washington and Bradenton, FL died Wednesday, January 11, 1995 in Suncoast Manor Nursing Home Bradenton,FL following an illness of one month.
She spent her winters in Florida the past 39 years.
She was born January 25, 1900 in Waynesburg daughter of Lonnie and Addie Jane Dulaney Lemley.
She was a member of the Liberty Methodist Church.
She was a graduate of Waynesburg High School and formerly worked at Cox's Caldwells of Washington, PA and Montgomery Roberts of Bradenton, FL.
On February 26, 1920 she married Albert Ewing Headley, who died December 11, 1980.
Surviving are two daughters Genevieve (Maynard) Murray of Washington, PA and Sara Jane (Mageed) Ahwesh of Bradentown, FL; two brothers William Lemley of Waynesburg, PA and Marshall Lemley of Zephyrhills, FL;a sister Mary L. King of Waynesburg; 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Deceased are a son James R. Headley; and two sisters Pearl Mitchell and Ocie Lemley.--obit Observer-Reporter
