PEORIA - Dorothy J. Cundiff, age 87, of Peoria passed away Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at 12:25 a.m. at Heartland Manor Care in Peoria.
She was born Sept. 25, 1925, in Henry to Charles and Mable (Harris) Bornsheuer. She married Don Cundiff on Dec. 29, 1945, in Peoria. He passed away Sept. 25, 2003, in Peoria.
She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Charles, Robert, Donald, Ralph and Wayne.
Survivors include three daughters, Mary Cundiff of Peoria, Linda Cundiff of Peoria and Donna (Tom) Dallinger of Wheeling, Ill.; one granddaughter, Alison Dallinger of Wheeling; and two sisters, Shirley (Paul) Alexander and Mary Bornsheuer, both of Princeton, Ill.
The family would like to thank Dr. Henry Gross for his care and compassion.
Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, from 9:30 to 10 a.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Private graveside services will follow the visitation in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
