Mrs. Annie D. Manville, 69, a resident of Highland for more than 50 years, died recently at Kingston Hospital after a long illness. She resided in Grand Street, Highland.
She was born in High Falls, Oct. 13, 1896, the daughter of the late Henry and Minnie Krom Rosenkranse. Her first husband, Abraham Deyo died in 1939. On Jan. 14, 1956, she was married to the late Harry Manville, who died in July, 1962. She was educated in High Falls and Kingston. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Highland.
Mrs. Manville is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Grover (Katherine) Hyatt, Milton and Mrs. Carl (Marion ) Schneider, Vestal; a step-daughter, Mrs. Herbert (Marguerite) Lyons, Hopewell Junction; a son, Abraham Deyo; a sister, Mrs. David (Laura) Stokes, New Paltz; two brothers, Peter Rosenkranse, Clintondale, and John, Newburgh; 11 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted at the Sutton Funeral Home, Woodside Place, Highland, with the Rev. Paul Parker, rector of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial was in the New Paltz Cemetery.
