She was born Nov 27, 1882 James and Ellen (Bloomfield) Edington . She married James rube Bloomfield
May 4, 1904; he died: Dec.24 ,1948.
Surviving are six children, Mrs. Wiley (Ola) Nolen, Vanceburg, Ky., Mrs. Myrtle Howard, Newark, Kelly and Clyde Bloomfield both of Bucyrus, Mrs . Ted (Flossie) Bryant and Mrs . Jessie Logan both of Camp Dix, Ky.,
two sisters, Mrs. Julie Jordan, Vanceburg, Ky., Mrs. nola Hicks, Tampa, Fla., 70 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Roy, in July 1980 and four sisters.
She lived in Camp Dix, Ky., until coming to Galion eight years ago. She graduated from Laurel High School ,Camp Dix, Ky. in 1904 and attended Vanceburg, Ky. Music School. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy, Camp Dix, Ky.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Laurel Point Christian Holiness Church, Laurel Point, Ky., Burial will be at Laurel Point Cemetery , Lewis County, Ky.
Friends may call at Dickerson Funeral Home, Vanceburg, Ky., Wednesday from 3-6 p.m. Local arrangements are being handled by Volk-Richardson Funeral Home, Galion.
