Gratiot- Funeral services for Charles J. Campbell, 90, Lafayette county pioneer who died Saturday at the home of a son, Fred, Wiota, were to be held at 1:30 pm today at the homestead. Burial was in Union Grove cemetery. He operated the homestead farm until 1926, when he retired and moved to Gratiot. In 1938 he returned to the farm to live with his son.
Survivors include the son Fred; three daughters, Mrs. Pearl Burmeister, Gratiot, and Mrs. DosFort and Mrs. Bryce Angove, Milwaukee; 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
