Angus Bryant McGill, 61, died last night at Glendale Hospital where he had been removed from his Kirby Street home, following an illness of four years duration that only recently became critical.
He was a former resident of Vidalia, Ga., where he was born in 1875. He moved to Palatka ten years ago and was a former employee of the Wilson Cypress Company.
Funeral services will be held at the Davis Chapel tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock with the Rev. V. T. Crawford officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill East Cemetery.
Surviving are four daughters, Miss Bess McGill, Vidalia; and the Misses Doris, Iris and Frankie Mae, of Palatka; and two sons, Glenn McGill, employed at the local post office, and Neil McGill, now at a CCC Camp at Calhoun, La.
Funeral arrangements are in charge of W. Carl Davis and Son.
