LEO J. GERSEWSKI
Leo J. Gersewski, 49, city fireman for the past 15 years, died at 9:15 this morning at Alpena Hospital where he was entered three days ago.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 9 at St. Anne Church, the Very Rev. William F. Simon officiating. Internment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. The body is at the Hunter Funeral Home.
Born Dec. 31, 1904, Mr. Gersewski was married in 1935 to Margaret Paquette at St. Anne Church by the Rev. Louis T. Bouchard.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters, Dolores, 17, and Jeanette, 15, both at home; his mother, Mrs. Stanley Gersewski Alpena; four brothers, Edward, Victor and Harry, Alpena and Joseph, Detroit; and a sister; Mrs. Clara Pazik, Alpena. His father died in 1922.
