Frances Kelsey Fry was born Oct. 6, 1873 in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co, TX. She was the daughter of Bartlett Wesley Fry and Amanda Clementine Kelsey. She married Benjamin Franklin Garren. Mrs. Garren, 42, passed away at her home at 307 Robinson Street in Cleburne, Johnson Co, TX at 10:10 a.m. Wednesday, March 10, 1915, surrounded by friends and loved ones. She died from pneumonia brought on by a diabetic coma. The funeral took place at the Brazos Avenue Methodist Church at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. E. F. Hudgens. Burial was in Cleburne Memorial Cemetery. She was preceded in death by an infant. She leaves to mourn her a husband and two daughters, Misses Hazel and Nellie Lea. The deceased was a faithful member of the Brazos Avenue Methodist Church and was a devoted wife and mother. The friends of the deceased extend their sympathy to the bereaved relatives during this hour of sorrow.
