In the Early 1930's, Margaret married her life long partner, George Henry Bromfield, father of a daughter Dorothy Bromfield was boarding at Margaret's brother's home in Kingston. She and George lived in her brother's home for a brief time. However, their grandchildren remember them most in their third story Park Avenue apartment in Wilkes-Barre. Margaret was diagnosed with cancer four years before she died at home.
