PRINCETON — Gary Alvey, 58, of Princeton, died Monday, April 23, 2007, at his residence. Gary was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Alvey; brother, Norman Alvey; and parents, Frank and Louise Alvey. Gary is survived by his life partner of 17 years, Dianna Nelson of Princeton; daughters, April Kramer and husband, Neal, of Princeton and Cheryl York and husband, Anthony, of Princeton; stepdaughter, Corinna Dielkes and husband, Charlie; brothers, John Alvey and wife, Judy, of Evansville and Bruce Donahoo and wife, Sonja, of Buckskin, Ind.; sister, Janiece Pierce and husband, Butch, of Evansville; and eight grandchildren. Services will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at Alexander West Chapel. Friends may visit Wednesday from noon until service time at Alexander West Chapel.
