Ruby Lee Hall Freeman, daughter of the late Samuel Isaac Hall and Jennie Bell Herd Hall, was born November 28, 1921 in Calico Rock, Arkansas. She departed this life November 20, 2012, in Melbourne, Arkansas. She was united in marriage to Roy William Freeman on August 30, 1947 in Calico Rock, Arkansas. She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Calico Rock, Arkansas. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Roy William Freeman; two daughters, Joanne Zieske of Calico Rock and Cheryl Louise (Charlie) Newsom of Chicago, Illinois, four grandchildren, Eve Zieske, Sharon Henderson, Christine Newsom and Tommy Newsom, three great grandchildren, Sarah Starr, Erica Craig and Payton Mayfield and many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Kenneth Wayne Freeman.
Funeral Services were held Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Calico Rock, with Wayne Wood officiating. Burial in the Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Funeral Home.
