Note the prominent inscription denoting his service: 151 Field Hospital, World War I. Is the correct location Liverpool, Lancashire or Merseyside, ENG? Lancashire is a guestimate given that both counties have a town by this name. Liverpool is engraved on the stone marker as per my picture posted. Seems like his death may be through his World War I service due to dates, and his inscription. His parents are solidly defined by a detailed book and by placement of his gravestone: "Dr. Everett Bedinger married, second, Anna Moore Bilmyre, of Shepherdstown, and they have six children: Myra Van Doren, Anna Moore, Katharine Conrad, Olivia Morgan, Henry Garrett, and John Van Doren. Almost all of his fourteen children are living, and he himself, a hale old man of eighty, is still in good health at his home at Anchorage, Ky. He is the only living grandchild of G. M. Bedinger."
