Mary died at Alton memorial Hospital following a long illness. At the time of her death, she was 73 years, 5 months and 25 days old.
She was survived by her husband, Bob; 1 son, Bobby Lovell of Roxana, Illinois; 2 sisters, Esther Steele of Rockbridge, Illinois, and Faye Robinson of East Alton, Illinois; and 2 brothers, Jack Jacoby of West Alton, Missouri, and Steve Jacoby of Hartford, Illinois.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Robert, who was killed in action during World War II, and Jack, Neal and Wendell Jacoby; and 3 sisters, Helen Barr and 2 infant sisters.
Visitation was held on 15 Sep 1991 at Gray Funeral Home in Wood River, Illinois. Funeral services were conducted there at 10 a.m. the following morning.
The family requested that memorials, if desired, be made to the church.
Mary's husband, Bob, passed away in 1996 and was buried next to her.
