Joe Ralph Brotherton, 86, of Gap Creek Road, Bulls Gap, died Thursday at Life Care Center of Greeneville.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years: Stella Mae Davis Brotherton; a son: Jerry Lynn Brotherton of Huntsville, Ala.; and a granddaughter: Melissa Carson, and a great-grandson: Joe Carson, both of the home.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter: Pamela Brotherton.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 this evening and from 6-9 Saturday evening at Wilson Funeral Home, Bulls Gap.
The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Pilot Knob Cemetery. The Rev. Robert Smith will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Luke Poe, Eddie Poe, Lynn Myers, Dwayne Myers, J.B. Foulks, and Lloyd Couch.
