Brevoort Butler "Bree" Ryan, 70, passed away November 16, 2012 at his residence. Visitation will be 2pm-4pm Sunday at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst. Graveside services will be 10am Monday at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Ryan was a truck driver for 4W Farms of Meadville, MS. He enjoyed building and running drag race cars, watching NASCAR racing, New Orleans Saints and Ole Miss football, baseball and hockey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bree and Clinton Webb Ryan, a sister, Jeanette R. Pritchard and two nephews, David H. "Bubba Ryan" Ingle and Carl G. Pritchard.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Charline H. Ryan; 3 daughters, Cynthia D. Ryan of Crestview, FL, Angela R. Odom of Wesson and Pamela J. "Jodi" Parker and husband, Jeff, of Wesson; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, William B. Ryan and wife, Mary Ann, of Converse, LA and Richard W. Ryan and wife, Ann, of Wesson.
