Violet was a beautiful person. She lived life to the fullest, she was a great Mother, friend, and loved everyone. She was preceded in death by her soul mate Dr. William Olson. Violet was struck with breast cancer, and survived for years. She always said she wanted to live until she had her son Matt was grown, well she did. She will be missed by many friends, and she will always be in our hearts. Violet's favorite color Purple, she could not get enough of it... She loved the Winter time, especially during Christmas, she loved to make things and give them to the needy. I remember when Violet was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She stayed outside during a storm, sitting in a mud puddle, crying, cussing, bitter, hatred, you name it, she was going through it. After a while she came back inside her house and said o.k. I'm fine... I have been talking to God, and he will get me through this, I said yes he would. So we both began to Pray.
