Ed C. Baker, of this city, and Miss Mayme Staiti were married at the home of the bride in Ft. Worth, Wednesday November 7, 1900. The happy couple arrived in this city Thursday afternoon and will occupy rooms at the Redus Hotel. Mr. Baker is one of Palo Pinto county's most energetic business men, and is a native of Palo Pinto county, having discovered America in the town of Palo Pinto several years ago, while his charming young bride belongs to one of the best families in Ft Worth, and is an accomplished young lady.
